Overview

After reviewing all of the Module 0: Orientation pages, take this survey.

• This survey is untimed and "open book."
• The survey includes X number of questions.
• You may exit during your attempt. Your answers will be saved and you can resume at a later time.

Goal

• Establish a goal for the survey, such as "testing" students on the orientation module, or assessing their preparedness to learn online, or understanding their prior knowledge about the course content

Grading and Due Date

• You will earn X number of points for completing this survey by the deadline.  It is recommended to keep the point value low so the risk to the student is also low.
• Due: Set a due date.
