During the evening of August 8, 2022 Ohlone Canvas will switch from ConferZoom to TechConnect Zoom. You'll see the change in your left course navigation.

IF you have Cookies blocked on your browser, you will be prompted to Redirect to Zoom. This is expected until you change your settings for this website.

You will be asked to authorize the connection between your Canvas and CCCZoom accounts. Select Authorize.

Zoom scheduler will open in a new window. To schedule a meeting, select the “Schedule a New Meeting" button in the upper right corner in full screen view. Scroll to the right on a mobile device to locate the button.

Enter meeting details and select “Save.”

Students will use the “Join” button to attend class.

Meetings also appear on Canvas Class Calendar and can be joined from a link there as well. Be sure that students have selected your course in the “Calendars” list.

NOTE: Any meeting scheduled in this manner is available to all students and in all sections of merged course shells. Individual and small group appointments should be scheduled using the Student Connect application.
